Terms of Service

1. Services
SeamSoft Labs ("we", "us") provides web design, web development, automation, AI integration, and related digital services to clients ("you") under separate project agreements or proposals.
2. Enquiries & Proposals
Submitting a contact form or chatbot message does not constitute a binding contract. Engagements are formalized through a written proposal and acceptance by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom work created for you becomes your property. SeamSoft retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Late payments may result in work being paused until outstanding balances are settled.
5. Limitation of Liability
SeamSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables beyond the value of the project engagement.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before escalating to formal proceedings.
